The other fixed Lion personality is Akodo Rokuro.  He's been spoiled on
other lists, and he's a mess.

His ability is "Reaction: Once per turn, before one of your Lion Clan
Personalities bows due to another player's card effect, negate the bowing."
(He's got pro-Naseru flave text, in case anyone's keeping score).

He's due to be a new Lion staple.  He's fast, he's got the Strength of
Purity, he's 0HR.  He mitiates damage from Torrential Rain and Tsudao, Palm
Strike, and Towers of the Yogo I think (since the ability is granted to a
Personality, and so it's a Card Effect).

And I believe that two of him, and two Matsu Watako (4/2 for 5/8/2, bows to
fetch an Elite follower) are fixed in addition to Ikoma Fudai XP.
