[dragon] Dragon Clan Kotei Bounties

Since I am currently in Kabul Afghanistan I will be unable to attend any of 
the Kotei events.  As a result of this I am placing the following bounties 
for ALL koteis.

For each Pure Dragon Clan win I will send that person an embroidered green 
and gold bed set (two pillow cases and a bed cover).

I know it isn't a "manly" bounty but all the "manly" things here have a 
tendedncy to either explode or go bang.

I will probably add some additional bounties for selecting certain 
characters, depending on what I can find around here.  I will put it to a 
vote on what the additional bounties will be.  I have two favorities on the 
list; Vedau and Zenko.  Here are the current options

Hand Carved Wooden Laquer Box (Square or round)
Russian Belt buckle (sickle and hammer in a star)
Hand etched brass vase

Togashi Niru

Karzai Protective Detail
U.S. Embassy

I started out with nothing & I still have most of it left.
