Just wanted to send a quick email because... VEGAS IS HAVING AN EVENT REGARDLESS!!! I have been in touch with Jacob (JACOVIS on the Alderac.com forums), and the Vegas crew are already confirming space, organizational needs, etc to hold a large scale event REGARDLESS of if it will be official as the Vegas Kotei or not. If any of you or your crews were planning on going, can still come, because at worst, we will have a large scale sword tourney that will be officially sanctioned for ELO. Jacob is also CURRENTLY IN TOUCH with Alderac about seeing what all can be worked out for making this more official, or at least more supported for prizes. In other words, there will still be something good to go to!!! And since if you were going, you had arranged the time off anyway...now you can still do fun still then. We need to have a good idea of how many people still plan on going, however, so that he can arrange for the BIG space, or the REALLY BIG space. Please give me an email OR a call ASAP so we can have a good estimate of #s, and can plan accordingly.
